Hej! I am looking for a creative/designer/artist that is interested in having a space to use as a store or interactive workshop. I currently have a Concept Store, but have to terminate my lease due to personal reasons. The space is based in the Kronhusboderna that is filled with creative stores and draws a lot of attention of tourists. The space is 37m2 and 8203 kr a month, this includes moms/heating/water/electricy/garbage. Optional: shelves and other furniture to take over.

You would take over the remaining of my contract until 31st of March 2025 with a possibility of renewal for 1-3 year, of course you will get to negotiate with the landlord (Higab) for a new contract. Flexible starting date, from September and onwards.
