Creative Clusters; Driving Force for Economic Development: the Kvarnby Case is held in association with the Swedish EU presidency in autumn 2009. The conference will address the subject of how communities can proceed to develop creative clusters. In what way can community leaders and private entrepreneurs cooperate to reach a common goal. We are hoping to bring forward new ideas and tools of supporting business development in creative clusters since the creative industries contribute to the local and regional economy and to the society as a whole.
