SUBUNI – The Subversity University - is an art collective, a recistance strategy, a way to create, a way to live. Subuni is focused on enabling for the practise of art, and less on the artist self.

SUBUNI is doing an art tour through Trondheim, Oslo, Göteborg and Berlin, with the purpose of trying our ideas and techniques and to do so in an open forum - To create something within a short decided timeframe.

The first day we invite you to the workshop to make an art work within 24 hours. In the second day we will have an exhibition and show you documentation of all the works we have done, but also the new ones from the workshop. All the work will also be documented and exhibited online, anonymously in the name of SUBUNI.

It all started with the idea to make one art work in one day and post the documented art work on the common blog. We, who have done this, are all living in different cities so our communication has been through the internet and some of us have not even met before. The method of making one art work a day, we hope could open up a platform for ideas and conversations.
