Part Time Designer Location: Gothenburg, Sweden.

Ordna Event Agency is a boutique event agency behind some of the world’s best coffee events. We own and produce The Barista League, Nordic Coffee Fest, and World’s Best Roaster, delivering sold-out events across 6 continents to tens of thousands of coffee professionals each year. What you’ll do: We’re looking for a part-time designer to support our team while our head designer is on 50% study leave. You’ll report to our head designer and work closely with our project management, marketing, and sales/partnership teams to deliver exceptional event and partnership experiences.

You’ll support our head designer in creating the digital and print assets needed across our events. This includes social media content, marketing materials, signage, décor, and on-site communication. You’ll also help maintain and update our websites and work with the marketing team on newsletters and social media campaigns.

You’ll also have the chance to contribute ideas for new event concepts and merchandise. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to think beyond standard formats. The work is varied, spans multiple mediums, and offers plenty of room to learn new skills, try different techniques, and keep developing your craft in a fast-moving environment.

This role is a great fit for a freelance designer looking for stable, flexible work with plenty of variety.

Skills required: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience with web design and website management, particularly in Squarespace or a similar CMS Strong attention to detail A hands-on approach A solid understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory Experience preparing files for print Strong organisational skills

Bonus points if you: Have strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams Have experience with After Effects Enjoy copywriting Have experience with newsletter marketing platforms such as Brevo or Mailchimp Have attended one of our events before and have an interest in the coffee industry

The Details: Location: Ringön, Gothenburg, Sweden. Position: 2 days per week. This is a 2-year temporary cover role supporting our head designer during a period of 50% leave. Start date: 14 September Salary: from 15 000 kr/month at 2 workdays/week, before tax.
