Call for ambitious and creative competitors!

After the great success of Masking Color character development competition at Närcon Linköping, we are now challenging the Gothenburg-based competitors to participate in a second round competition. Our aim is to bring together art- game- comic- design- or graphic-interested experts and friends from the region and we would like to find talented artists. We want to give everyone an opportunity to explore, learn and create the next generation, with a mixture of creativeness and technical characteristic, the “hottest” character with Masking Color.

The winner gets our designated pens and the work may be shown at Maison de Objet in Paris in January 2018 or at a showcase in Tokyo. Masking Color is a water-based paint that you can paint on almost any surface. After the paint dries, you can peel it off and then put it on to the other surface, such as mobile phone or your PC. On that day, you will create your image and character on an OH-film.

We meet at 16.30 Wednesday the 13th of September at Science Fiction Bokhandel café Sirus (Kungsgatan 19) and finish by 18.30. Apply via email by 6th of September. We will provide a drink and a tasty bite.
